Went in on 4th of July week end store didn’t have 50 foot 30 amp extension cord. Had my kids and grandkids up for week end and needed it bad! So at the RV store went above and beyond for me and ordered me one and let me borrow there’s until mine came in. Just unbelievable that they truly cared about my situation. What I liked most was the support from my salesman. I started looking last fall with absolutely no knowledge of RVs. Without NMRV's support and guidance, and patience I wouldn't have been able to settle on my new Cottage. I moved into it this spring and LOVE it. What great service! I left a message online on Sunday night. I heard from Makaela first thing Monday morning and she set aside the water pump we needed. We were in the UP and planned to pick it up on Wednesday on our way to Grayling, but were running behind in our travel. Not sure we would arrive by 5:00 I called. No problem! Mark was there and would wait for us. We arrived a little after 5 and not only got the pump but were helped finding several other bulbs, lenses, etc. that we needed. I stopped by hoping to get some help with a swaying issue and was fortunate enough that Josh was there to assist me. He helped me get a new style equalizer hitch which cured all of my problems towing my RV. Being able to work with someone as knowledgeable as Josh and most of all to secure a solution in stock no less is priceless! Last spring I purchased my new Freedom Express 192 rbs from John. I was treated first class from the sales department to service department.. To me the Freedom Express is a high quality built trailer, and I left late November with it, and am spending the winter in Gulf Shores Alabama with it.. I like everything about it, but tops on my list the huge beautiful shower and curved glass doors.. I'm 6'2" and have plenty of room.. These people understand RVing. Their selection of parts is small but thorough. I found a piece that had broken on my camper and I have been looking a while for it. They had it in stock. Friendly. I had 4 different people ask if I needed help or had questions In less than 15 minutes. I see this as good customer service. I was impressed with the selection, layout and friendly staff.
