Went in on 4th of July week end store didn’t have 50 foot 30 amp extension cord. Had my kids and grandkids up for week end and needed it bad! So at the RV store went above and beyond for me and ordered me one and let me borrow there’s until mine came in. Just unbelievable that they truly cared about -

Having no appointment and coming as a drive by, the team responded with professionalism, expediency, and care regarding an issue with our water pump. Tim was quick to assess and determine that it was a blown fuse. We were in and out in 30 minutes, thanks to the great team!
